Rayon - Rayon is a beautiful light cool fabric perfect for wearing on hot days in the tropics. It will last for years provided you take care of it.
Many people mistake Rayon for very high quality poplin or cotton fabrics. The softness and durability of Rayon is why many designers are choosing to use this fabric. It also prints very well and has a lovely drape which favours long flowing styles!
Depending on the weight of the fabric, a cold delicate wash with line dry is recommended.
Some of the Rayon fabrics are very fine and light, they are best handwashed.
Crinkle Rayon is a rayon that will shrink even in a cold wash. It will go back to size with warmth either by wearing or a warm iron!

Policy for upcoming Beat Black Friday Sale 2024
- During the Beat the Black Friday sale our Free shipping threshold will be increased to a minimum spend of $150.
- Any items that are 50% or more off the Retail price are considered to be Final Clearance Sale items and are not eligible to be returned for change of mind.
- Any sale items that are between 1-49% off retail price are only eligible for store credit. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- All full priced items are eligible for return for Refund, Exchange or store credit. The usual terms apply to those items as per our T&C below.
- Please use the portal to process your returns. Due to the volume of orders we send for our sale we require this as a matter of importance to avoid mistakes and delayed responses.
- Our usual discount codes will be turned off during the sale. The store credit will still be eligible during the sale.
Returns and Exchanges
Please read the following conditions regarding returns and exchanges:
- Please use the portal at the top of the page here to process your return.
- Final Clearance Sale Items: Items in our SALE and our $39 RACK collections are final clearance items and cannot be returned for refund or store credit due to a change of mind.
- Promotional Sales - items purchased during our promotional sales are eligible to be returned for store credit only, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- Please use the portal above to process your returns. It is a new portal and there maybe some issues if you can please message us if you have any problems with it

- All returns must be sent within 30 days of order.
- Items must have all tags attached and be unworn.
- Swimwear and personal body products cannot be returned.
- Please review the measurements and descriptions carefully before purchasing sale items.

- Returns for Refund Store Credit
- Free Returns for Store Credit (Australia Only):
- We offer free standard return shipping for FULL PRICED items being returned for store credit.
- If you received free shipping at time of purchase we cannot offer a free returns label.
- You will need access to a printer to use the label. This offer is valid only for items returned for store credit . Only one free return is offered per order.
- Returns to Payment method:
- We only offer refunds to payment method on items that are full price only. Items that are purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit - see above.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds for change of mind.
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.
- Postage costs for refund returns will be the customer's responsibility. If you would like us to generate a returns label for you the cost will be $13 which will come off your refund total, please advise if you would like to choose that option - printer is needed.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, with tags attached.
- Refunds to payment method will incur a 7% refund processing fee to cover non-refundable bank fees and charges.
- Refunds will be credited only to the original form of payment.
- Returns for Exchange:
- We offer exchanges for variants of the same product only. If you would like to exchange for another item you will need to use return for store credit. You will be responsible for postage to return the item and we will cover the postage to send the exchanged item to you.
- Other Important information:
- Discounts and Promotional Gifts:
- Promotional codes and gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- If you return an item purchased during a promotion, the discounted amount will not be refunded, even for store credit.
- If your promotional gift or discount was a specific amount, returning one item from a group of items will result in a refund based on a percentage of the total sale.
- VIP Customers: VIP customers, defined as those who make three or more purchases from our website, will receive more sale and promotional deals. If you do not wish to receive regular emails, you can opt out at the bottom of our emails.
- Faulty and/or Missing Items: For damaged or missing items, please contact us at info@tonkettitrading.com.au. We will address these issues with high priority. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.

- Please ensure the item is tracked and sent back via Air Freight. We do not offer free returns for international orders.
- Exchanges of a variant of the same product will incur a restocking fee.
- Customs Charges: Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes imposed by their country. If an item is returned to us due to non-payment of these fees, we will deduct the shipping fees and issue the remaining amount as store credit.
- Processing Time: We process all returns within two working days of receiving your items. If you need your item urgently, please contact us to inform us.
Free Shipping Deals:
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100 AUD within Australia.
- Standard shipping is used for free shipping deals.
Express Shipping:
- Express Shipping is not available for orders placed after 2:00 pm. They will be processed the following day.
- For urgent delivery, contact us by phone before or immediately after placing your order.
- Delays may occur due to our location.
International Postage:
- International shipping will be sent by standard air.
- Delivery times cannot be predicted accurately at this stage although complaints are rare.
- If your item goes missing or is delayed, contact us to lodge a case with Australia Post.
- Tonketti is not responsible for items that go missing after delivery.
- You will be responsible for all customs, duties, taxes or fees that are incurred by your country
Shipping Costs for Large and Bulky Orders:
- Shipping costs for heavy items depend on size and weight and will be calculated during checkout.
- Larger items may be shipped by a courier, which could take longer.
Delivery Time:
- Due to our location in Kuranda, Far North Queensland, there may be delays due to remote location. We process all orders on the same day that are received by 2pm
- If you haven't received your items within 8 business days, email us with your name and order number.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order is packed, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post.
New Zealand:
- Only $10 AUD shipping if you spend over $150 AUD.
- Delivery time for New Zealand orders is 5-10 days.
- Bulky or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges.
UK, USA, Canada, and Other Countries:
- You are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country.
- Only $30 AUD shipping if you spend over $150AUD. Up to 2kg in weight.
- Any order over 2kg in weight will incur more shipping charges, please contact us if this happens and we can give you a quote
- Delivery time for UK, USA, Canada, and other countries is approximately 8-14 days.
